Step One: Set Up Your Personalized Invoices
You do this by visiting your Account Settings page by clicking on your initials on the top right.
Next, click on Business Information on the left to add the necessary information about your business including your logo and preferred color palette.
Step Two: Activate Online Payments
Download the Hala App from the App Store or Google Play.
Create your Hala account using your National ID or Iqama number and mobile number.
Go to Account settings > Merchant ID > Enter the phone number used to register on Hala and that’s it!
Step Three: Create and Send Your Invoices
Click on “Invoices” from the top menu to get started, then click on the “+” icon to create new invoice.
When creating your invoice, be sure to fill in every necessary information, to make the most of what we have to offer including using appropriate titles, invoice numbers, invoice date, and more.
Since your online payments have been activated, you should see an option to “Include Online Payments.”
All you need to do next is save it, keep it as a draft, download it as a PDF or choose to send it directly via the Email or the Whatsapp button.
Anytime you select on “Include Online Payments.” Your Clients will receive an invoice with a Pay Now button. Clicking on the Pay Now button will show a Hala link to your customers as a payment gateway with the option to pay using Mada, Mastercard, Visa or Apple Pay
Any online payments made by your customers from now on will be received on your own Hala Virtual Wallet with a handling fee of 2% on each transaction. You’ll be able to instantly transfer these amounts to your bank account whenever you please.
